Let me tell you. This is the One and Only place to go for repairs and replacement parts. The quality of their re manufactured parts is incredible. I ordered a Lower Unit from them last year and soon realized that i needed an upper unit also. They are affordable. Friendly and Quick. Don't Go anywhere else. The only place I will go for parts now. Very knowledgeable. Bring your serial number and it makes it quick and easy for them. If you need parts for Mercury/Mercruiser, odds are they have it in stock.
After having thrown a rod in my outboard motor, I needed to replace the powerhead or purchase a new outboard. I called several places in Kansas City area and NW Kansas. Interestingly, every other place gave me an incredible lack of attention. US Boatworks was the only place that took their time talking to me and diligently worked to find the best value for my money. All the other Mercury authorized shops essentially walked away from a $10k sale because of their lack of willingness to provide a minimal amount of customer service. Amazing that a $10k sale doesn't seem important to other places (Midwest Marine, Smithville Marine & Blue Springs Marine). US Boatworks found ways to save me money and quickly installed a new Mercury outboard. Mike & Tim are great people to work with. This is an honest business and will be the ONLY place I take my future marine engine work to. Did I mention that US Boatworks was at least $1000-$2000 cheaper than everywhere else that I could get an estimate from??!! Great job US Boatworks and thanks for the great work and saving me money
Counter man (tim) was very knowledgeable on what I was needing and gave me some pointers on what I was doing. I've dealt with us boats before they have always been nice to me. I'll be back.
Very helpful, knowledgeable, and fair priced. They even reattached my engine cover that had completely ripped off of the boat as a courtesy. I would definitely recommend these guys and will continue to bring my boat to them.

Our shop techs bend over backwards to help customers. This week a customer who had his boat in our shop for service needed a picture of his dashboard so he could pick out a stereo for is boat. We were happy to take a picture of the dash and email it to him so he could get started on his stereo purchase. Here is what he had to say:
