Helping Customers

“They went above and beyond to make certain my online order was understood by phoning me to gather more detailed information to ensure I received the correct part for my specific older (1988) outboard.
This is the kind of customer service I thought was lost with online orders these days So hats off to the guys at Kansas City US Boatworks.”

“I was very happy to discover a local store with great knowledge, inventory and fair prices! While restoring a 1982 Mercury motor, I was shocked and ecstatic to discover they had the parts I needed in stock!”
