Helping Customers

Our shop techs bend over backwards to help customers. This week a customer who had his boat in our shop for service needed a picture of his dashboard so he could pick out a stereo for is boat. We were happy to take a picture of the dash and email it to him so he could get started on his stereo purchase. Here is what he had to say:

“Thanks a bunch for the picture, it helped the stereo guy very much. I was just going to check and see if the boat would be ready to pick up sometime tomorrow so I can have my stereo installed on Friday. Please let me know if I’ll be able to pick up tomorrow and what the bill is.

Thanks for your help and have a great day!
