Took my boat in on a recommendation after an electrical fire on my Evinrude and Patrick did an outstanding job. Took it out Saturday and it is running well and so far no grease or oil leaks.

I called in on Monday about noon to order a small part for my Evinrude 150. To my surprise when I got home Tuesday after work, there was a box on the front door step. The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and knew exactly what I needed. I had no idea I would have the part the next day! Thank you again for the excellent service and fast delivery!

I recently bought a reman lower unit for my 60 HP 2 stroke Mercury. Tim is who I dealt with the most; he answered all my questions. The service was fantastic .I received it packed very carefully. It works great. My son told me i just doubled the life of my motor. I would recommend them. I'm back fishing again.

I had my 1981 Cobalt in after the engine compartment flooded. The boat is in great shape and I wanted it fixed as I just had the interior restored last year. Mike, Tim and Richard did a great job. They fixed the lower unit that was leaking then went though the boat and fixed all other issues. One was the power switch for the battery that I never knew was in a failing state. When I pickup the boat I was amazed at the pride they had showing me the work they had done. I felt the business exhibited great honesty and integrity. Highly recommend

I have had two boats I took in to refurbish and found these folks to be helpful and 90% of the time have the parts I need. They were mid 90s bass boats with 150hp Johnson and 200hp Mariner.

We took our boat in the week before Memorial Day, definitely a busy time. The staff was prompt, professional and courteous even though it was very busy in the shop. They called me a few days after I dropped my boat off to explain what service needed to be done and what it would cost. They verified that I wanted the work done on my boat and told me to expect about 5-7 day turn around. A week later they phoned to tell me the boat was done and that I could pick it up anytime. They also reminded me they are open from 9-12 on Saturdays which is nice for working folks. The boat ran great all summer. I appreciate that US Boatworks has experience and parts for older boats.\r\n

I ordered a lower unit from you a couple years ago and am very satisfied with it. I am very thankful that you have the parts I\r\nneed for my old motor. They are for my grandfather’s boat that I am restoring so that my family can make memories on it just as I did growing up.\r\n\r\nThank you.

Very helpful in finding a gasket (which they had in stock) for an older motor. So long as you have the correct information, that they need, you will find these guys to be very helpful and will bend over backwards to help you. Took my boat down there some time ago for repairs and was treated very well. Their website is excellent for looking up parts for older motors as well. I spent hours on the web until I found their site which help me to locate the part I needed in a matter of minutes. Thanks to the guys at US Boatworks.

Good afternoon. I wanted to take a quick minute to thank you and your team for the professionalism shown recently in the drive/lower unit repair on our 1992 Four Winns 200 Horizon. Your team quickly and accurately diagnosed our problem, and completed a thorough repair in a timely manner. The best part…..the lower unit (that had been replaced late last summer) was under warranty! Your team is always fair, honest, respectful, and timely in their dealings- and that is hard to find anymore.\r\n\r\nThis experience further solidifies my decision to continue to bring our boat to your business for service and repair, despite the fact that it is nearly 30 miles from our home and that we pass by numerous other marine service centers on our way to you. So……thank you sincerely, and please know that we will continue to frequent your business whenever possible.\r\n\r\nDustin\r\nBlue Springs, MO

I needed some Yamaha prop parts for my 1994 P-150, and the guys at US Boatworks took immediate care of my situation. I had been shop hoping all over the KC area with minimal success, so I called US Boatworks who told me they could fix me up. They looked at my prop, found some matching parts that were reasonably priced, and off to the lake I went. Needless to say I was a happy camper. I will be back for sure.

Kind Emails from Customers:

Helping Customers

Our shop techs bend over backwards to help customers. This week a customer who had his boat in our shop for service needed a picture of his dashboard so he could pick out a stereo for is boat. We were happy to take a picture of the dash and email it to him so he could get started on his stereo purchase. Here is what he had to say:

“Thanks a bunch for the picture, it helped the stereo guy very much. I was just going to check and see if the boat would be ready to pick up sometime tomorrow so I can have my stereo installed on Friday. Please let me know if I’ll be able to pick up tomorrow and what the bill is.

Thanks for your help and have a great day!”
